DIG!!! Lazarus DIG!!!

This shirt has some very blinky type on it. The expression hints to a biblical story. Unfortunately I do not completely understand the 'tone-of-voice' of the shirt. After reading the wikipedia article I think it might be a bit rude. Anyone?
